Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs) are just another benefit ABA offers employers to address the rising costs of healthcare. HRAs have similar tax advantages to FSA accounts, but employees are allowed to roll-over any unused dollars at the end of the year. At the employer’s discretion, the HRA may be offered alongside an FSA, providing considerable pre-tax savings to employees.
